| All the teachers at MACCC are qualified by Minnesota Department of Human Services guidelines and are experienced in handling all aspects of a child's development and welfare. Staff education is an on-going process with 2 hours spent in training for every 100 hours spent with children. For full-time staff, that is approximately 40 hours of training per year. | ||
